Pricing by Bed Size
Pricing is based on the total square footage of designated flowerbeds at the service property. If you have multiple beds, we measure the combined area. An on-site assessment is required before signing — always free of charge.

One-Time / Per-Visit Option (No Plan Required): Not ready to commit? We offer one-time weeding and mulching visits billed at the Basic plan per-visit rate plus a $25 non-member scheduling fee. No contract, no commitment.
Add-On Services
Available to all plan holders and non-plan customers. Standard Plan holders receive a 20% discount off these rates. Premium Plan holders have unlimited as-needed calls included.
Emergency Weed Visit
Between-scheduled-visit weed control. Dispatched within 3 business days.
Extra Mulch Application
Per cubic yard, delivered and installed on-site.
Pre-Emergent Weed Barrier
Per bed; applied once per season to suppress future weed growth.
Debris / Clipping Haul-Away
Per load removed from property after service.
Soil Amendment / Compost Top-Dress
Per bed; beyond seasonal allowance. Improves soil health and plant vitality.
Plant Replacement (Labor Only)
Labor to install replacement plants. Plants billed at cost + 10%.
Bed Wall / Edging Repair
Quoted on-site. Not included in any maintenance plan.
Irrigation Inspection
Optional add-on; irrigation systems are not serviced under maintenance plans.
Add-ons are quoted at time of request and invoiced separately from the monthly/quarterly plan payment. No add-on service will be performed without prior client approval.
Quarterly Service Schedule
Standard quarterly visits are scheduled in the following windows each year. Exact dates are confirmed 7 days before each visit via text or email.
Terms & Conditions
Simple, fair terms designed to protect both you and us. Full details provided at time of enrollment.
Agreement Term
Plans run month-to-month or on a prepaid annual basis. Month-to-month plans may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Annual prepaid plans are non-refundable after the first service visit but may be paused up to 30 days per year with advance notice.
What Is & Is Not Included
- Mulch material: up to 1 cubic yard per quarterly visit is included. Additional mulch available as an add-on at $75–$100/cubic yard installed.
- Plants and soil amendments are not included in any maintenance plan.
- Hardscape, wall, and border repair is not included and is quoted separately.
- Irrigation systems are not serviced under maintenance plans.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any scheduled service visit, we will return within five (5) business days to address the concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies once per visit and is limited to work within the scope of the selected plan.
Property Access
You agree to provide reasonable property access on scheduled service days, including unlocked gates and secured pets. If access is unavailable and we cannot complete the visit, a rescheduling fee of $25 may apply.
